My website support package's are a service plan that includes regular maintenance, updates, security checks, and technical support for your website and emails (if required). A support package helps ensures optimal performance, addresses issues promptly, and keeps your site secure, stable and up-to-date. My comprehensive support packages help your business maintain a reliable and efficient online presence.

How Much Does It Cost?

I offer 3 different packages for clients, a self hosted package for £120/year, a fully managed hosting package (£300/year) and a full support package (£50/month). I would recommend clients with more complex websites containing features such as e-commerce, memberships and online bookings to utilise a full management package over a self hosted plan to ensure their websites run smoothly.

Off-site Backup Solution

A new bolt-on service that I'm now offering clients, for £5/month your entire hosting setup (website and emails) will be backed up to an off-site storage solution of your choice (e.g. Dropbox, Google Drive, One Drive etc) every week.
